Primrose Respite Services
Residential Care
Primrose is a residential care community designed for those with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease
or related dementia. An assessment is conducted to assure Primrose is an appropriate environment for
each individual.
Services
The following services are included in the daily fee:
- Three nutritious meals daily
- Snacks
- Specialized therapeutic activities
- Supervision of Activities of Daily Living
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Assistance with medications

- Podiatry Care
- Physical Therapy
- Incontinence Services and Supplies
Primrose Day Club
The Primrose Day Club is a specialized social day program for people with Alzheimer's and related forms of dementias.
The Day Program includes meals, snacks, assistance with special diets, and medications, supervision and
a therapeutic activities program.

- Integrated recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Supervision and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Meals and snacks offered throughout the day.
- The option of half or full day attendance.
- Transportation available.
Services are provided Monday through Friday
Primrose Respite Services
Respite care is 24-hour residential care on a temporary basis. Primrose respite care is flexible and
can be arranged from 2 to 30 days.
Respite care is designed to allow caregivers a break from caregiving. It can be used when the caregiver
is travelling, during holidays, vacations or just when there is a need to rest from caregiving responsibilities.
