“I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a warm, safe and supportive home for their family member in need. My dad had Alzheimer’s Disease, and lived at Primrose for the last 5 years of his life. One of the things that I appreciated and respected most about Primrose was how their care for my dad changed as his disease evolved. My dad entered Primrose in a high functioning state, and the incredible staff at Primrose found ways to cater to his needs, and let his personality flourish. As my dad’s condition declined, the staff at Primrose kept him engaged, and went above and beyond to let him continue to do the things that he loved, even though his ability to do them was strained. The grace, compassion, and love that the Primrose staff showed my dad all the way until his last day was so special, and they helped my dad live out his last days in dignity and comfort. This compassionate care for their residents starts with the owner, is brought to life by the management, and extends to each member of their amazing staff. I feel very fortunate to have found Primrose, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive home for their loved one.”

From the first day of our Father’s stay with Primrose, we felt as though he was in the care of family. The love and devotion they showed him, and our family, was amazing and never waivered. They allowed dad to be himself and to live a full, active and meaningful life there. Even at the time of his passing, we could not have asked for better care for dad and our family, at that difficult time. The folks at Primrose are truly angels on earth.

For anyone considering Primrose for your loved one, I would like to share my experience. My mother lived at Primrose for about 2 years before she passed.
Primrose was a godsend for her and us, her family. After about a month of adjusting, Primrose became home. Primrose allows so much freedom and independence for people like my mother who have progressive memory issues as well as behavioral issues, but still have so much life in them and ability to do many things. I saw that many people at Primrose needed more extensive care and were not as aware as my mother was. The beauty of Primrose is that each person is treated as an individual and receives personalized care and attention. There is structure and flexibility, beautiful grounds and kind, well-trained staff. They treated my mother like family and she could feel that. They treated my mother like family
“I would recommend Primrose because of the wonderful support and open communication between the families and the staff, as well as the quality of care our loved one receives everyday. There is no better place than this community. We have learned to call it home.”
“We would recommend Primrose because of the good, compassionate, trained, and experienced staff. And because they are the specialists in memory care needs.”
“Its nice to know that there are people who take such pleasure in doing special things and making others feel good. Thank you for the tenderness, compassion, and thoughtfulness that you continue to show us and our father. We are at peace to know that he is getting loving care at Primrose.”
“Thank you and the staff for the excellent care our mother received in a loving environment. I often think of all of the wonderful people I met at Primrose who made an impact on my life and mother’s life! We are eternally grateful there is such a place as Primrose.”
“Our experience with our mother’s passing this past month made our family realize you are much more than employees. You are not just people doing their job, you are the family to your residents, and you love them, care for them, joke and play with them, feed and bathe them with the same love and compassion as if they were your own parents. We could not have asked for better people to be with our mother during her last years. You are angels of God spreading love in our world!”
“I want all of you to know how grateful I am for all the care you have given my mother: All the kindness that you have shown her on her good days and especially her bad days; And for all of the laughter that makes those moments for her. Every one of you has helped to make her daily life the best it can be! You have also relieved me of worry about her daily care, as well as the kindness and friendship you have offered me. What you do everyday to not only care for my mother but as all of the residents of Primrose is important, very appreciated, and truly makes a difference!”
“We cannot thank you enough for the kind and patient caregivers, the nurses and those who administer the medications, the activity directors and their assistants, the dietitian and the entire kitchen crew, and most of all, those of you in charge and have the responsibility for keeping things running smoothly and efficiently, and above all safely for the residents. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”
